4. AI Processing & Voice Data

When you use our project scoping tool, your input (text, uploaded documents, or voice recordings) is processed by third-party AI services to generate project scopes:

Voice transcription is processed by Deepgram. Audio is sent for transcription and is not stored by Deepgram after processing.
Scope generation is processed by Anthropic (Claude). Your project description is sent to generate a structured scope and is not used to train AI models.

We do not store voice recordings after transcription is complete. Generated scopes are sent to you via email and stored only as part of your scope request.

5. Our Products & Oracle Data

Our products (ERPUX, ERPBot, BIPBot, ERPRest, FBDIBot, GLStack) are designed with a zero-data-storage architecture for Oracle ERP data:

Oracle ERP data is queried in real-time via Oracle REST APIs and is not stored outside of Oracle.
All access is governed by Oracle's built-in data security and role-based access controls.
Self-hosted products (ERPBot) run entirely within your infrastructure — your data never leaves your environment.

6. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

Service providers — Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), Deepgram (voice transcription), Anthropic (AI processing). These providers process data on our behalf under strict contractual obligations.
Legal requirements — when required by law, regulation, or legal process.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:

HTTPS encryption for all data in transit.
Rate limiting and honeypot protection on all forms.
Minimal data collection — we only collect what we need.
