5. AI-Powered Features

Our products and website include AI-powered features (project scoping, report generation, query building, automation). By using these features, you acknowledge that:

AI-generated output is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed before use in production or decision-making.
Merutech is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
Your input data is processed by third-party AI providers (Anthropic, Deepgram) as described in our Privacy Policy.
AI features may produce inaccurate or incomplete results. You are responsible for validating output.

6. Oracle ERP Data

Our products interact with Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle E-Business Suite environments. You acknowledge that:

AI-generated project scopes are preliminary assessments and may change based on detailed requirements analysis.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Merutech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of our website, products, or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Merutech in the 12 months preceding the claim.
